• The online application is completed in 5 steps
• After completing each step the system will store your data, you can continue later from where you left, if required
• Kindly ensure that the data entered is correct. No changes can be done once the application is submitted.
• Any incorrect data/documents will lead to disqualifying of the application form

• Parent's signature - (jpg & less than 400 KB and upload image 3.5cm width * 1.5cm height )
